Refund & Return Policy

 

At Labubu, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • The order never arrived within 45 business days from the date of shipment.

  • You received the wrong item.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us at labubu.agency@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A clear description of the issue

Once we verify the claim, we may:

  • Send a replacement item (if available)

  • Issue a partial or full refund to your original payment method

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided during checkout

  • Delays due to customs or carriers beyond our control

  • Items on sale or marked as final sale

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may have already been processed by the supplier.

5. Returns

Due to the nature of our fulfillment system, we do not accept returns. All products are shipped directly from our suppliers and are not sent back to a central warehouse.
